This apartment is all about the view you get - it’s absolutely incredible if you get the ocean view! The property was very clean, wifi worked well, and it was easy to get around cancun with the bus stop just downstairs. The room is a bit more tired than the photos would suggest, but considering the location it is great value for money. The air con also worked very well.

I liked the location, everything was near for dinning and shopping. The beach was a few steps away, that was nice I especially liked the price for my stay.

The place is located on one of the best beaches in Cancún. It is not a hotel, but we felt right at home. We look forward to coming back on our next trip to Cancún.

The staff is friendly. Small hiccups in communication between Expedia and staff upon check in. Second time here. What made me comme back is the view and the price. Clean rooms and biggest issue is both times they provide coffee with no coffee machine. You have to ask multiple times to get the machine in your room. Otherwise, you can't beat the price, view, and the rooms are nice.

Although the check in process is somewhat odd; the ocean view apartment suite that I stayed in was very nice

“The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view was excellent. The bathroom was also very clean. It would be even better if a coffee kettle or a coffee machine were provided in the kitchen.”

We were there in March with teenage kids. Great location, clean room , beautiful beach right at the door steps, Take ear plugs , because Coco Bongo and another bars are in proximity. Only major think - beware - every room on Expedia shows ocean view, and that is not the case.

Great location next to beach, nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy check-in. Staff were great. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely comeback. This not a hotel. It is a residential so don't expect hotel services.

2/10 Poor

If you love ants, this is the place for you! You will even find them hanging out in bed with you. Speaking of the bed… it has no mattress protector and beautifully stained sheets not to mention it’s hard as a rock. The building itself has no signage of the hotel name and the pool is far from appealing. If you want any house keeping it is an additional charge. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth any money u think u will be saving. Nice view from the balcony though.

This was a great stay. Really appreciated the host welcoming onsite. It has a great view and they provide what is needed for the stay. I got all the toiletries I needed Also location is great at the heart of Cancun. Only issue I had was small that the water tank for the toilet takes long to fill up. Also since its a party scene I heard neighbors being a bit loud around 4am The lobby where you pick up the keys could use a little upgrade

The toilet barely worked and the elevator barely worked as well and it was small but the room was nice and had good ocean view bathroom was small tho

Overall the room was as expected. Nice oven side view. However the building I was in had two elevators of which only one was working, so going up and down at times was a like slow. The location of the hotel is very close to the entertainment precinct which is great however can be noisy through out the day and night if you are looking for a place to rest rather than party. The shower in my room had no pressure or hot water which was a shame.

4/10 Fair

It was disappointing and we left after the first night, uncomfortable beds, the district noise was greater than all the reviews, the pool chairs and loungers were only 6/7 concrete ones, Definitely a great beach experience only and view. There used to be a reason no cancellation or rebooking- The staff were ok, and offered better accommodations if we had complained- I dont see that as a good point- Transparency on the club district. Could have been in the outline. As other hotels are. A definite party hotel,
