Excellent stay at the Adhara
Wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, excellent breakfast, clean pool. The only thing we didn't love was the music from the pool blasting into our room all day and evening. Perhaps if you want quiet you can request a room that doesn't face the pool

We overall loved our stay here. Pool was great, rooms too. Excellent room cleaning though we had to request 3rd towels/water/cup/glass for the three of us. Restaurant was great at breakfast but only served poolside food for lunch and dinner. Our first impression was that front staff are rude and not welcoming. Didn’t matter in the end as others were very helpful. Lots of pool Towels available. We liked being able To walk to ADO bus station and local restaurants too. I would stay here again hoping the front staff can match the fine quality of the rest of the hotel.

No towels available. At. All. Found this out after we checked in and wanted to take our showers before headed back to USA the following morning. Screaming and yelling kids until 10pm was… fun? We think the only reason it stopped was due to a quick rainstorm. Then at 8am the next day we heard singing/music and what seemed like all the furniture in the room above us dragged around and around for 45 minutes. For a 1 night stay due to having to stay an extra day (Thanks Hurricane Beryl) at least the bed was comfortable although would’ve liked to sleep in until at least 8:30am. B’Fast was the highlight of the stay.

Two days in Cancun
Good hotel, The bed was too hard. Also, The restaurants men needs to be a little more expanded. Breakfast was good. The luncheon dinner part of it was the limited menu because weather was pouring rain. It wasn’t easy to go out and find another place to eat. Location was good for me. It was near my office.

Outstanding buffet breakfast in restaurant which is otherwise closed. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the poolside bar but a limited menu. Bar has only three beers, all in cans. Room: no fridge, poor lighting, comfy bed, no manual for TV. Good little gym.

This is a beautiful old Spanish style hotel very beautiful abba amazing staff not far from the downtown strip. Amazing pool and swim up bar rooms were great as well. Are flight got canceled for two days and they really took care of us like family!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly. Conveniently located a few minutes from the beach, with very good free breakfast.Their restaurant food is not good. We received more service and originality from street vendors. The hotel's nachos reminder me of Cheez Whiz. Other menu items were equally poor.
