This is our go to location when visiting TCI. 2nd time this year and have been staying well over 15 years. Beautiful grounds, easily accessible rooms and amenities grounds, employee retention most over 20 years. Recently renovated bar and restaurant. Excellent beach service.

Great, peaceful resort!
We loved the resort. It is really unfortunate that the pool bar/restaurant was under renovations (we did know that - not until after we booked, but we knew before we were arriving). It would have been very convenient to be able to grab lunch or drinks. And I wish they would have provided an alternative (order food, provide a small bar, or something) during this time. But that being said, we still loved our stay. We came during the off-season so the place was basically empty. We had our choice of chairs either at the beach or by the pool(s). Our room was a basic studio with botanical view and perfectly nice for us. Balcony overlooked the quiet pool and lovely landscaping. Rooms were very clean. Having use of the bikes was really nice! We biked to pick up groceries a couple days. The front desk staff, bellhop and housekeepers were all incredibly nice. The guys at the towel hut by the beach were not super friendly and generally unhelpful - they seemed annoyed to even be there. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Great place to stay. The units are nicely decorated and furnished, our view was beautiful. The landscaping is mature and well maintained, plenty of variety and flowering plants. The beach is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sherman is a great ambassador for RWI.

The property is beautiful and the staff are all extremely friendly. I loved having a washer/dryer machine in our hotel room. I do wish I knew ahead of time that the restaurant onsite was going to be closed for the entirety of our trip. And a couple of bottles of water would’ve been nice as well. The continental breakfast isn’t worth your time- head elsewhere for a real breakfast. The beach is stunning and the pools are the perfect temperature.

We had a great time however the on-site restaurant and bar were closed for renovations: We were not aware and unpleasantly surprised upon arrival. It all worked out but the noise and inconvenience were disappointing. Other than that, would stay here again. Thanks!

We had a great stay at hotel… unfortunately we were not notified that the restaurant was closed!! This proved to be very challenging as my wife can not walk long distance due to a past injury (broken ankle) the cooking facilities in room only offered a microwave! This was very disappointing… I believe the Expedia failed to properly inform us and compensation should be considered.. I expect that someone from Expedia will follow up with us..there were no close restaurants that we could walk to!

We ended up at RWI after our original booking elsewhere fell apart at the last minute. What a happy accident that was for us! We loved everything about RWI. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute booking and then continued to provide amazing customer service and support for the rest of our stay. We had a two bedroom ocean view apartment and we loved it. Comfy, clean, and spacious: it was perfect for us. The beach was pristine and the amenities there were fantastic (loungers, umbrellas, kayaks, snorkel gear, etc). The grounds were lush and beautifully kept; we spent time in both swimming pools and they were also very clean with refreshing and sparkling water. I especially enjoyed the the Quiet Pool --- an oasis for sure. I'm sure I've forgotten something, but we highly recommend this resort. Will be back.

We were at RWI from September 13th to 20th. It was a nice relaxing vacation. The restaurant at the hotel was under renovation (and it will be until October 15th). The hotels got 5 new bikes and they will be getting 5 more. This time of the year is “off season” so a lot of hotels and restaurants were closed for renovation. A few resorts next to the hotel were completely closed and you could see how they were fixing the roofs and hear jackhammering. Cocovan was closed and it will be under renovation until November 10th. As everybody said before, the best part was the beach and the blue water. The room was clean and resort people were nice and helpful. I will be planing visiting this resort again in the future.

This was the worst travel experience I’ve had thus far. The resort for one was advertised to have an onsite restaurant, which is why we choose to book at this location. Once we arrived we were advised the restaurant was closed beginning in August and would not reopen until October, which we were not advised prior to our arrival or the cancellation deadline. Although the restaurant was closed, we were still charged a $200 room service fee although there was nothing available for us to order. This caused us to have to spend $50 round trip for breakfast, lunch, and dinner which was not an expense my family and I were anticipating. I also traveled with two female family members, one being a child. We were constantly stared down and harassed by male staff members at this resort. We had an issue with our room and as we were standing outside; one of the front desk female associates wanted us to shout our room number out in front of men that clearly did not work at the resort which is a major safety issue and is supposed to be apart of hospitality training. At the beach there was no real bar; just a table with various alcohols on it. One person would charge one price and when I came back depending on who was there, I would be charged a different price. This again was a major inconvenience on top of the fact we had to deal with constantly being stared at provocatively by the various men that worked for the resort that were standing in that vicinity. Never again!!!

The property is landscape perfection 👌 The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Loved the view from my balcony. This hotel is everything you'd hope to have when on vacation. Staff was exceptionally responsive and gave great recommendations for food and excursions.

So we came here during silly season. We asked to have an oceanfront room, Danide at customer service lied to us and said it was “high” season and all the rooms were already taken. Then she gave us a room all the way on the third floor. We came back to the lobby and asked for another room, preferably on the first floor considering there was no elevators on the property. Again she said that there was no other rooms available and we can switch rooms the next day. On the day we were leaving, we asked for late check out, because we explained to customer service that our flight got delayed to 3:47pm And our taxi would come at 1pm. Danide said if we Stayed till 1pm in the room, then they would have to charge us like an extra $55, because they had other people assigned to the room. The whole Resort was like basically empty. Even the cleaning lady told us this was the slowest season and there was barely anybody checked in, majority of the rooms were empty. So we basically didn’t like the lying From customer service and the fact that they wouldn’t work with us over anything. We expected better customer service. Next time I’d rather pay more and stay at a resort where customer service is better

My room and oceanfront balcony view was beautiful. The front desk staff were very informative and accommodating with all requests. The food in the resort restaurant was fresh and the staff on the beach were sure to make you comfortable for a day spent on the beach. There is plenty to do around this property within walking distance
