The hotel is overpriced for the service offered to the visitors. True, it is with an excellent location, freshly renovated in a stylish chic and gorgeous interior design of the shared spaces. We appreciated the friendly and helpful team at the reception and the bar. In the room, though, there were a lot of disappointments... The room services persons at the floor were not polite, and even when we noted that they had done a lousy job preparing the room, they did not deliver any better: for two people we were given only one bathrobe, we were not given any pantoufles (and when we asked, we only got a tiny No36 pair which was a joke for my husband), the sewing set was emptied and not replaced with a new one; the bottles with shampoos and douche gel were practically empty at our arrival and were not filled up during our stay; we had asked for a late check-out (which the reception graciously accepted and registered in the system), which did not prevent the room maid to enter the room for cleaning... when we tried to explain we had booked a late check out, she retorted back in a disrespectful manner. We had kept our towels on the rafts, in order to contribute for a lower environmental impact (as advised by the notice in the bath), but the towels were changed anyway. On the first day we had tea and coffee in the room, but the room service staff did not replace the cups with clean ones and did not even empty the bin. A very unsatisfactory performance at the room.
