Great facility, high class bedding and woody style/color, well a hotel, hospitality is the soul and essential part - some receptionists seems too tired to further explain regarding your questions, even no one wait in line behind of me, but they are way more friendly and humorous when turning around the next sec and talked to the colleagues, is that the training you received? I think most of customers won’t be comfortable when seeing this. Also, it is not cool for pushing everything to Expedia-“I cannot speak for Expedia since you booked through that app, please go check with them”. So while I book the room, it was clearly saying two breakfast was included, but the hotel front desk said no, then inpatient to keep helping by saying “go ask Expedia”. I booked the trip to Denver for a concert, the location of the hotel is great, but it is not the only option, and I won’t stay there anymore for sure- seems the welcome and hospitality were not included in the 400 cost.
