Out of all the sockets only one worked. Property is in poor condition. Lift buttons work if you force press them. Wallpaper in lofts is tearing off. Plug in the bath didn’t work. Awful. No manager to speak to.

The property had a very strong odor of cleaner or air freshener to mask the smell of animals. It reeked of a dirty dog kennel. The rooms were old and run down. We were promised that the rooms were thought cleaned to avoid pet allergies, not the case (2 of 4 rooms had to medicate due to allergies). The prepaid breakfast was also awful.

Limited Free Parking
We booked this hotel as it was advertised with free parking, what wasn’t clear is that the free parking is extremely limited and as such there were no spaces remaining and we were forced into paying additional to park in a “secure” area (the secure area being essentially a separate section of the same parking area). Room was acceptable but the shower area was full of black mold (bathroom had no ventilation). Breakfast was of average quality and selection. Probably there are better options in Verona without the comprise on location, wouldn’t likely stay again.

The bed wasn't really comfortable.
There were little flies in the room when we walked in and a cockroach outside in the hallway when we came back in the evening. The food quality during breakfast was terrible and the coffee was undrinkable.
The hotel decided to start drilling in the walls at 8 am when their clients are still asleep! I understand that work needs to be done, but I'm sure it can be done at a reasonable hour!
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and were supposed to be charged €8 city tax (according to expedia at the time of the booking) but were charged €14. Complete rip off!!
Definitely not worth the money - book elsewhere! worst experience ever!

The exterior of the hotel needs some upgrading but I was pleasantly surprised when we got inside. Rooms were spotless and hotel interior looks like it’s been recently refurbished. All staff were very helpful. Food was good as well

Good for bis travel. Breakfast needs improvement
Clean and adequate hotel. Recently refurbished and modern. Good WiFi connection. The breakfast is poor quality. The restaurant is OK, but overpriced for what they are offering (we had dinner here one night). The hotel is easily accessible by car, and has plenty of parking available on-site. Not a good location if you don’t have transport (not located close to the city center). Recommend for business travellers

The service was great with very helpful reception staff. The rooms were clean and there was a good breakfast selection. The outside of the hotel is a bit tatty with paint peeling off the walls but there is good parking and easy (bus) access to Verona city

Rooms are too warm
This well equipped hotel is convenient to the old City a short drive away. The surrounding neighborhood is not great but we didn't need to doend time there since we had a car. Lovely breakfast and room amenities. Robes, slippers, toothbrushes, razors
every thing you could need. Only complaint is the room was very hot. We turned off the heaters but heat seemed to radiate into the room. The neighborhood is too loud to open the windows at night so it was difficult to sleep in such a hot room.

Ok hotel but a little too far out of main Verona where you want to be. Old building with elevators way too small and noisy. Staff was nice and room was spacious but nothing special.
