Worst motel ever

This motel is so bad I didn’t actually stay there, after realizing there was only one working light in the room, no wi fi, and no tv, I decided to leave. It was filthy, loud, and smelled bad! Absolute nightmare

This place should be knocked down!!!!! This was the first time we’ve landed into this horrible place with much expectation especially this is in the Silicon and high tech area. Photos attached to see as evidence. Cockroach and tiny bugs crawling, broken bathroom door & lampshades, smoke alarm not installed. Must not pass safety and building permit requirements from the city or the condition must be reported to the city. To Hotels.com: I would recommend you should inspect the hotels before you accept them as member of your chain. We have trusted you for so long and we’re just so disappointed. We actually booked 4nights but decided to transfer to Holiday Inn Express on the 4th day, the hotel next to it, without any refund, as we were already so stressed going back to Super8. Hope you can take immediate action to this concern. We would like to request if you can consider refund of our stays and would recommend the condition of this place must be reported to the city for closure. Thanks

That was the worst hotel I have ever seen. It was filthy. I looked at the bathtub and you could tell it had not been cleaned in months. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was a closet with a rod and no hangers. All the room was filthy. It was so bad that the sheets and the bedding look clean, but I was afraid to get under the sheets and they’d probably be bedbugs so it was the worst

Ok ,my wife & I booked a room thru you. The hotel was an extended stay. Elk Grove 2201portdock CT So apparently I guess the hotel doesn't have guest check in after 1100pm.Because when we arrived at 1137pm we couldn't get in to the lobby because the door is locked. We proceed to use the phone to find non human contact a message . Our cats were on that trip to Elk Grove and thay where sick so I was stressed I admit but it's all good the hotel really did look nice but I couldn't tell you how the staff was.Because thay where too busy to reach.if you guys want me to tell. Traveling on a budget in San Jose?

Was only in town for a short notice job interview, booked Super 8 due to it being "economical". Chief concerns were paper thin walls where I could hear everything, and I mean everything, that happened in the room next door. Wanted to yell at them to go get a motel room...but then I suddenly remembered where I was. Woke up the morning of my job interview looking forward to a nice hot shower...only to be rudely awakened by the blast of ice-cold water that hit me with upon getting in the shower. Then there was the disconnected fire/smoke alarm...good thing there was no fire that night. I'm almost positive California has some type of fire code requiring a working fire alarm in a hotel room. Bottom line, it was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep on for the night. If you're able to deal with the concerns I pointed out then this is the place for you.

Scary and unclean

The carpet was stained and smelled like stale cigarettes. There was no hot water. It’s in a terrible part of town. There was a blown up, burned out Lexus on the property.I heard gunshots late at night, and it sounded close, like possibly on the property. My “neighbor” was having very loud conversation from 11:00 pm until 4:00 am. I tried to call the front desk and got no answer. So I got dressed and knocked on his door. I asked him to please be more quiet, and he said “I no knock on YOUR door when you want me to pay the rent.” I almost called the police. But thankfully he lowered the volume of his voice, and I got about 2 hours sleep.

Never Again!

I needed a place to stay for 2 nights because I was working late the day before & had an early appointment in the morning. I had a choice between this one and another that was less than two miles away and needless to say, I made the wrong choice! I reserved a room with 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Accessible, Non-Smoking (Mobility/Hearing, Roll-In Shower), but there was no sofa bed or enough space for one and it did not contain a roll-in shower. I discovered a lot of bugs crawling around in the tub, floor, walls, furniture, mattress, and found some dead ones in the refrigerator and in the picture frame. I requested another room, but did not receive it until the next day. They provided me with some air freshener as bug spray, but they had to be saturated to stop them from moving. The maids did not do a very good job cleaning the rooms, especially the floors and under the bed. I received a better room the next day around Noon, but the previous occupants were smokers and I had to air out all the toxic fumes with the fan. There were no pests, but it was missing a chair. I can't believe this dump was sold out and displaying a car that exploded and was destroyed in the parking lot is not the best way to make a good impression on guests. I don't blame the staff because they tried to help, but this place should be closed and upgraded if they can still afford to attract business. We can expect someone to contact us soon expressing remorse, but nothing short of a refund would suffice.

I was greeted to this property by a burned down car in the front parking lot. The room had no smoke detector, holes in the ceiling, the bathroom sink is cracked in filled with discoloured caulking, and to top it off the bathtub had the previous occupants' dirty underwear in the tub- did not seem like a safe or clean place to stay- especially at $80 a night- unacceptable- stay away

The premises were littered with trash and car parts. The hallways had old furniture that needed to be disposed and no remote control for the TV. The only way to contact any staff is in person. No phones in rooms

The room key didn't work and the room was far from the desk. When i got a working room key, i opened the door to a filthy room with food containers everywhere. When i went to get a new room, i was passively just given a new room without any type of apology. Thwre were broken beer bottles and car parts all around in the parking lot. I was woken up at 3:45 in the morning by other guests slamming doors and yelling

I've booked with Expedia this hotel (Super 8 by Wyndham San Jose Airport) for 2 nights for 4 adults. After check-in and entering our room, we discovered how dirty the place was: traces of blood on the pillow and a cockroach in the room. we decided to leave the room. The employee at the reception is very professional, he had to ask us to pay for the 1st night, but he agreed to cancel the 2nd night. Luckily we found a much cleaner room at the Holiday Inn Express next door with breakfast included. Of course the price is a little higher than the Super 8.

I'll never come back here again. It costs way too much for a hotel that's nearly falling apart with roaches EVERYWHERE (including all over your room) and every single accommodation not working. The hot water didn't work, the TV didn't work, the AC didn't work, nothing worked. Staff were nonchalant and didn't care about your issues with the roach motel. Ridiculous.
