I had booked one of the single rooms, which turned out to be so small that there wasn't room to accommodate a chair, so the only place to sit was on the bed. It was also very noisy, with the music from the foyer clearly audible. Thankfully, the extremely obliging staff were able to move me to a larger one. This was at the furthest end of the building, up two flights of stairs (lift out of order) but had plenty of space. Unfortunately, in this room there was a constant low level noise coming from the heating system, and despite double glazing, road noise too.
Everything looked a little dilapidated, but overall it was a comfortable stay and convenient for where I needed to be. I didn't eat there.
