Great place. An apartment building that has been converted into hotel. Very clean, AC works well and the two queen beds were comfortable. It had a terrific kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night, and there were several food markets near by. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and if you're going out for dinner or drinks, Ocean Drive and Espanola Way are right there.

Where do I begin? The staff is amazing, and Adriana, the building manager, couldn’t be kinder. This is hospitality done right. The building is from the 1940s, so it’s not brand new, but it’s clean, welcoming, and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of South Beach. I will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a week with friends and it ended up being the perfect spot for our trip. The location is hard to beat. We were able to walk to a ton of restaurants and the beach, which made everything really easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and never felt cramped, even with a group. Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave made a big difference for a longer stay. It gave us flexibility instead of eating out for every meal. The staff was great throughout the entire stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were quick to respond and super helpful. Overall, the place has a very comfortable, home-like feel rather than a typical hotel, which made the stay even better.

The perfect stay! I had a 5 night stay at the guesthouse, and got around town with the bus. The location is amazing, right in the middle of south beach, but also really close to transportation to the city. The building itself is the cutest.
