Tycker folk är väldigt negativa var där 4 nätter och det var inget problem va rent och allt var bra. Bodde längst upp och det va inget problem för 4 grabbar. Tycker verkligen att hotellet är mycket bättre en vad folk skriver

STAY AWAY!! RISK FOR HEALTH!!! Bedbugs, woke up during night with itching bites, it looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned since the 1980s, there is no bed linen, the shower doesn’t work, and there are insects and black mold throughout the bathrooms. We left 5 h after check in. Sleep on a park bench, it’s cleaner!!!!

First room had no working tv , next room had no functioning air fan and it was a hot night. Because I complained I was punished by being given a room up 6 flights of stairs - the room had no towels but I was too tired to go back down to reception and ask for one ; it was 10.30 at night and had wasted half an hour changing rooms and climbing stairs

The check-in process was easy and the staff was courteous. We had to wait a bit for them to finish cleaning the room but it was fine. The Studio family room included a full kitchen that was a bonus. The best thing about the hotel is the price for the location. Location is great

Great location. Contact with the hotel prior to arrival impossible. They only replied to an email after I arrived and there was no direct phone contact. Property was clean but a little musty. Rooms were bare. A kettle was provided but no tea/coffee. The suite had a separate kitchen with 1 mug, one knife and fork.

Nossa realmente tomamos um susto com o local! Quarto pequeno, apertado, sujo, banheiro horrível com chuveiro estragado, sem elevador etc! Agendamos para 4 noites pela localização mas chegando lá deixamos o local mesmo não tendo reembolso pois era impossível ficar lá

La estancia fue francamente desagradable. Un hotel sin ascensores, sin aire acondicionado con un ventilador que en lugar de estar dirigido hacia la cama estaba dirigido hacia la pared. Muy sucia la habitación me quejé e igual no la limpiaron

Disappointing!

Arrived and was greeted by piles of dirty linen on the floor that we had to step over. Man (staff) wondering around with blood on tee-shirt and bandaged arm. No towels in room. Bathroom so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet with the door closed. Shower door didn’t close.

I liked the room overall, The bathroom smelled bad, so could have used an air freshener. Also they should provide a hand towel not just body towels. I love that they had an iron, ironing board, hot pot, dishes, refrigerator, stove, all great. Complimentary tea bags and sugar would be a nice touch! The front desk people were nice. Also more than one room key would help for when your party goes out separately. An elevator would be great. Walking up 4 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases is a challenge.
I liked how they put the towels like a bow at the end of the bed.

No AC and my room faced west, so very hot, even with fan going and windows open (no screens, but happily no bugs). No chair, though there was room. Very clean, which was lovely. No sheet and the duvet was too warm (obviously). No bedside table (I upended a wastebasket to set my travel clock etc.). Friend's room had bathroom fan running constantly. BUT good neighborhood, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.
