Staff are very friendly and attentive, the mini bar was always well stocked, and the housekeeping went above and beyond to make our room tidy and clean everyday!
The Spa was a definite highlight! Some of the best treatments I've ever had, I highly reccomended the Mayan Massage Experience!
This was our first all inclusive experience, and I dont think it will be our last!

Air con is set, changing is an illusion but it stayed cool enough. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The accommodation was roomy, comfy, and clean. The food was good considering it’s an all inclusive. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this resort.

The resort was great you have access to everything services was great staff was great always there to greet you and make sure stay was going well. On the other hand the food wasn’t good you have to make the best of it while you’re there.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and it has definitely gone downhill. I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for one week. On arrival we were told we were being upgraded as we were hotel.com gold customers and our booking came with a free upgrade. We were very excited about this until we got to the room. Damp smelling, musty and workmen working all day and all night in the garden of our garden access room. Absolutely no privacy at all. On top of that our bed was rickety and old and as we were quite near reception we could hear the entertainment as if we were in the front row, which was pretty annoying after travelling over 16 hours to get there.
