Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy atento y amable. Nos recomendaron buenos lugares para comer y pasear. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo y en una zona caminable.

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, el acceso a la playa y la cercanía al corazón de Puerto Vallarta hacen que valga completamente la pena, sin embargo, la habitación que nos asignaron se notaba un poco deteriorada, nada muy grave pero el mobiliario se veía ya con algo de uso, de ahí en fuera el personal fue muy atento la gran parte del tiempo, solo en ocasiones se saturaban atendiendo a los turistas extranjeros primordialmente,

Martin y José, en el área de la alberca por adultos, estaban muy amable y con buen servicio. Tenía una problema en la habitación, pero la recepción arreglaba rápido la problema. Fue un buen descanso a este hotel.

We just had a wonderful honeymoon! Everyone was soo kind and helpful! The location is directly on the beach! The rooms have an ocean view! The pool/beach staff made our days fun, especially Jose and the bartender we had this past week! Walk to all shopping, restaurants and bars! It’s a steal at $77/day!

My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD). Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet. Less than 20 meters to the beach. Nice little pool overlooking the beach with a restaurant/Wifi. Really friendly/attentive staff. Tons of awesome bars/restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is in a perfect location at romantic zone. Beautiful views of sunsets, pier activity, and ocean front. Listening to the ocean waves from bed at night was great. The hotel is less noisy than others in the area that I’ve stayed at. Great balcony with comfortable chairs. The room decor is a one star (no decor) with only one painting above the bed, basic, simple construction- no baseboards. The lack of indoor character is compensated by an excellent ocean view. All essentials are there: ironing board, refrigerator, safe. Great location.

This is a budget friendly place. Very good for the price and very good location. The view is incredible too. Stuff from hotel and restaurant super friendly and help-full. The cleaning lady (Araceli) did a super job keeping our room clean; Don’t for get to tip the stuff.

Staff is great and ocean front suite is amazing. However, the elevator broke and I was trapped inside, the air conditioning system leaked water in the room and there was no way to control the temperature of the ac since it was not working.

Hotel was beachfront with a great balcony and view of the pier and beach and amazing sunsets. Walk out the door and walk anywhere in romantic zone. Don’t need a car here

One problem we had was that we booked the upper-end rooms in the hotel, called Pier 69 in the booking, but the hotel has a different name!

I would have a very difficult time recommending this hotel to anyone due to the fact that we did not get the room we paid for. To add insult to injury, the front desk clerk attempted to downgrade us further and was extremely arrogant and condescending. We travel extensively and I have never had an experience like this. My advice to anyone that is looking at booking this hotel is to book the least expensive room they offer, because if you choose the top floor upgrade you will not receive it. I am disgusted by the dishonesty
