Great location and price for a two day business trip. The virtual check in agent takes a bit getting used to. There was a work space inside the property, which was nice. Would've been good to have a small work desk + chair in the room, though. Watch out, the metered pricing in the area can quickly add up...

I really like the convenience and location of this property. The elevator needs some maintenance. I was in room 201 and could hear it banging and rattling throughout the night. The power outlet in my bathroom did not work, also, but that was a minor inconvenience.

I travelled solo and found this hotel to be a great base if you’re looking for somewhere with all the essentials. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and having a fridge was really handy. The location is great for exploring Hollywood, with the metro station right next door. As a solo female traveller, I never felt particularly unsafe in the area, although as with anywhere, it’s worth keeping your wits about you and being more cautious once it gets dark. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, including CVS Pharmacy, Trader Joe’s, Bristol Farms and Starbucks. I also really appreciated the coffee machine, hot and cold water dispenser, tea bags and microwave outside the rooms. There were a couple of small downsides. Housekeeping needs to be requested, which I did halfway through my 7 night stay. However, it didn’t really seem like the towels or bedding had been changed, just remade, and I wasn’t given any fresh toilet rolls. Also, despite the curtains being advertised as blackout, they definitely aren’t! If you need a dark room to sleep, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. It’s not somewhere I’d book for luxury, but for what you pay, particularly given the location, I think it’s really good value. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and conveniently located base for exploring LA without spending a fortune, it does the job. I’d definitely stay here again!

No chair or table in the room. Window was unprotected so unable to leave it opened to air the room unless being present in the room. There was a smell in the room from the lack of airflow but after leaving windows opened a whole night it was less noticeable On the good side, the price was very competitive and the room had a refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. Also, I he hotel’s location was excellent with an easy access to the metro network.

Very nice hotel. The only strange thing was the staff, which is remote to this location, interfacing through a kiosk computer in the lobby. Probably that offsets the costs, but I would still prefer a human on location in case some events require it. Otherwise, the room was very small but clean, and the location is good. It does the job for one or two days maximum I would say.

Nice stay. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. I loved that it was a short walk from the venue. Room is extremely clean. The only issue I had was that the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so I couldn’t curl my hair. Great stay for a solo traveler.

No frills room but good for a night or two stay. Close to Hollywood blvd and the palladium. No parking, but there's a garage right by it for $18 a day so no issues with that. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Paint was a bit chipped and a few things could use updating, but no major complaints. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price point!
