6/10 Good

The reception was difficult to find. The building is separate from the bungalows and is not marked with any type of sign. I walked in circles (literally) for about a mile until I stumbled upon some other guests who told me where I needed to go. Even then, when I went to the building the woman told me I was at the wrong place (turns out I WAS in the right place but due to a language barrier she did not understand what I was looking for). Eventually I bumped into the owner who I randomly came across just walking down the road and asked if he spoke English and could help me. Long story short, the reception is a bit up the road from the actual bungalows in a grey building with a glass front. Hopefully this helps anyone in the future that also may get lost. They did not answer the phone number provided either when I called seeking assistance. The bungalow is very basic, as I expected. No breakfast was available despite being advertised as such. There was also no TV in the room, which I was ok to do without, but just to advise anyone expecting one because it is in the listing. No bottled water was provided either until the following day when I found two bottles had been placed on the porch after I had returned from a dive trip. No coffee was ever provided either. This place is ok just for a place to sleep and shower. The setting is nice and is in the jungle and has beautiful scenery. I was able to rent a motorbike very easily from the owner as well.
