Bed is too high, tall
The appearance of the hotel, overall was clean however even though the check-in went well, the clerk was not the most happiest or have a smile on her face. Just a usual humdrum but she was still nice. The only issue I have is that I am a 65 year old, 4' 11" tall or short individual with arthritis and a hip and pelvic problem so getting on the bed the first time, I almost fell off the bed and my head would have hit the nightstand had my partner not caught me. This was most embarrassing but more importantly, with my bad bladder problems, it was very uncomfortable to get up to go to the restroom and then come
to attempt to climb back in bed. Any hotel should be able to accommodate anyone of any height without the risk of injury 🤕 and causing so much discomfort just to finally rest my body.
