"The room was clean when we arrived, just be careful getting in the shower as the cleaning agents leave it very slick and hubby almost fell. They don’t offer room service anymore but on weekends they have runners to deliver food from the restaurants and that was fine for us. We booked two nights but were able to add two additional nights at the front desk at the same rate we received online which was awesome. No complaints as the bed was comfortable and we had a pool view (not the strip side) and were in the pyramid rooms. We are definitely going to be booking again soon. Checkout was easy as they text you a link and you can skip the line at the front desk. And a side note for anyone extending their stay at the Luxor, once you check in and need anything from the front desk you wait in the gold rope lane once you’re a guest (you don’t have to wait in the red rope lane again as it’s super long). Only thing that could improve stay is Hotels.com give us a reservation number instead of itinerary number so we can check in through the app and skip the long check in line at the hotel as it is very long especially for someone disabled. "
