Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again.

Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage

Perfectly clean and serviceable for a short stay. The kitchen facility was quite basic - literally just a kettle and microwave so you won’t be making any three course meals here. The room was also a bit short of storage to put my things and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Considering the price I paid not really too much to complain about. I was happy and would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget and need a base for a few days.

Even though the checking in instructions were out dated and confusing regarding the key fob, and my basin was dirty, snd there were dark hairs on the bathroom floor, l would stay again. I would of given a 5 rating, but for these shortcomings. It's a well thought out concept with accommodation in convenient locations and the pricing is good.

Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room.
